30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
How to Start a Return
Email sales@universalamino.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within one business day with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different product of equal or greater value. Contact us to arrange an exchange before shipping your return.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used products cannot be returned for safety and quality reasons. Accessories (syringes, prep pads, sharps containers) are non-returnable once the packaging seal is broken.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if they have not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it falls under our standard return policy.
